Governance

The club operates under the terms of the 'Associations Incorporation Act 1991' and a formal Constitution.
The Constitution itself is supported by a number of By-Laws and Policies. This governance framework is managed by an elected board.
In keeping with the club's origins there is still a heavy reliance on volunteer activity, especially for occasional 'working bees' and the running of events.
